I was reached by Higher Impact and asked to set up a website for making money at home. They asked for $399.00 to set up a website. After a long conversation and looking them up on their website, I agreed to the $399. Then I was called by a representative Bob Banks (877-342-9261) who I spoke with several times at length. He wanted $5000. To set me up with several companies to make money with on this website. When he asked me to go to MY new website and check it out with him, I couldnt access it. He said Okay, we'll set it up again... Never happened.
After much thought I decided not to go through with this and asked for my money back. I was told to return the paperwork they sent me and 5-6 business days after they received it, my money would be put back into my account. They received it September 30 and I still do not have my $399. Back.in fact on October 9 they deducted an additional $4.50 from my account for a monthly fee for my website (that doesnt exist as far as I know). I just learned yesterday that they took out the $4.50, so I am visiting my bank today to ask they do not allow them to deduct anymore money. I also hope to contact an attorney to get my money back. Unfortunately this all took more than the 30 days because they gave me the wrong customer service phone number. I found out the correct number today and all I get is a recording. They make it diffucult to get the money back within their timeframe. I needed time to research them and then to contact them. I cannot get in touch with them.
