Smartphone apps. Appsprofit Email saying I can make lots of money with internet business.invested $39 then $49 then $23.2- days later told either give the $10,000 or no business, laughed in my face and said thanks for donation

I received and email from clicks2you.com about making millions selling smartphone applications via the web. The email said it was a unique opportunity and that everyone is making lots of money. It told me that I needed to pay $39.00 for the company to set up the website and get it running. After I pair this fee, I received another email saying that I needed $49.00 for the tools to drive traffic to the site. I then received and email saying that $23.00 more was needed for internet bill boards about my site. I was told I never needed to send in another dime and then after a couple of days, I would start receiving lots of money. I sent in all the money as it seem legitimate enough. I was then asked to set up a gmail account and not give any information about my real phone number or website. After doing this, followed the instructions to set - up and exchange banner ads, after that, I was asked to read the directions on how to run an internet business. My browser was then redirected to a website with 2- men on the site asking me to listen to a recording on how to make millions on the internet. I was not interested and then closed the browser down.
After 2- days, I received a call from someone asking me if I was able to access my site and I told them no. The man then asked me what my financial situation is now. The men then told me he knew the site was not working and if I wanted to get started and activate the site, it would cost me $10,000 dollars. I told him I did not have the money and he laughed at me and then stated most people spend $15000. He stated it takes money to make money. I told him again that I was not interested and asked for a refund. THis time the man told me that he was transferring me to a customer service person. This man who was also in the room at the time of call witnessed by the sound of his voice, told me that it has been past 2- days and I was not getting back my money. He then asked me why didn't I purchase the website and I reiterated that I wanted my money back. He again told me I was not getting my money back and "thanks for the donation". Hell hath no fury!
