I purchased a internet website through Higher Impact in the amount of $4,000. Higher Impact said if I paid the $4,000 on my credit card which happend to be a Bank of America card. That I would receive 25,000 hits a day and generate a positive money flow through my website. So I went ahead and paid the $4,000 fee. Later to find out after the purchase, Higher Impact did not delivered the website I had paid for, they also ignored all e-mails and telephone calls, pertaining to my situation. Any advice or anything I can do as a consumer would be appreceiated, Sincerely
