I saved for months to buy the Canon G-12 camera. I called Thunder several times as this is a very big purchase to me. I spoke with the reps at both the (718) number as well as the 1 (800) number.
They informed when I made the purchase on April 6 that it would be shipped the next day. Three days later I called and they told me that I would not get my camera for 12-15 days as stated on the website. I asked for confirmation number and they told me I would get one e-mailed to me 3 days prior to my camera being delivered.
I called again on April 9 to find out what was going on and on April 11 they took the funds from my bank account. I checked the website everyday for a confirmation number.
Today I went to go check my account for confirmation and the website is shut down, the phone numbers are no longer in service and I am disputing it with my bank to see if I can get my money back.
I had a bad feeling after the third day and they told me it was not shipped when previously they told me it was.
I am just really hoping my bank will take care of it, since I never make online purchases I will know for the future to get it from somewhere that I can touch it when they take my money.
