Purchased a new 26" snowblower recently. After getting it out of the box one tire was flat. Pumped it up but today noticed it was flat again. Took it off and returned to Sears for a new tire. My husband was told he had to purchase a warranty agreement for $125 before they would replace the tire. All we wanted was a TIRE to replace the DEFECTIVE one. The third person that came over to see what the problem was did have someone remove a tire from one on the floor & gave it to my husband since it was a new tire and not used (no snow yet). We are out $125 for a warranty we didn't want. I do not feel this is right. I am about to look for a new washer and believe me I will not even consider Sears. We have been a good customer there since 1975 but this is IT.
