Purcashed a set of tires from Sears, went out the next morning and one of the tires was flat. Called Sears and told them about it, the steel belt had separated from the rubber there was a big bubble in the center of the tire.
Mangement was going to order a new tire be in Thursday, called and was told no one had order the tire. Fred the manager ordered the tire; but when I went to pick up the tire I was told that I had to pay for the tire, because I did not purchase road hazard insurance they could not replace the tire. Therefor I feel Sears is in the insurance business instead of tire, after one of use from the store to my home I shouldn't need insurance for a replace.
I was told by Fred since I was rude he wash his hands.
