Bought tires 9 months ago with a warranty. Front two tires were worn down to steel belts, they would not replace them stated it was an alinement problem and wasn't covered by warranty. Then had a flat on the rear tire and they did fix it, two days later the tire went flat again. Went in to have it repaired and was told that they couldn't fix it because it was on the "second rubber", and I would have to buy a new tire. They would not cover it under the warranty to replace it. Went to another tire shop and was told that when it was fixed two days earlier the tire was cut when it was taken off of the car.
Long story short the Big O Tires do not honor the warranty they give with new tires! I have had to buy 3 new tires at a price of $195.00. I believe they are selling sub standard tires when they do not even last a year.
