I ordered 2 orders at different times, the first order didnt come in as the TV said. I called the company on the phone, and i talked to a girl. I told her the problem. She said she would correct the problem by sending back $12.99 shipping and handling. I ordered another order later and got the orders i was supposed to get. My visa card came in with 3 orders of $59.99. It should only be 2, and I should get the $12.99back on my visa.
