I ordered some stuff online and ubmitted my order and it took forever to process so I decided to try to refresh the page to see if it would help but it didnt so I decided to start over. It wouldn't even let me get to my account. So I called the customer service number and they said that people were having trouble ordering so try later. I tried later and the order was successful but when I looked at my order status it said two of the same orders and I don't know how that's possible because the first order I tried never went through. I also couldnt cancel one of the orders which is ridiculous so I have to wait until two of the same orders come and return one of them.
