I ordered a book for what I thought was 14.95 plus shipping&handling in addition to (2) free books. It was not until the end of the conversation that I was told the total amount of my order. I asked the representative what I ordered as I thought I only ordered the book for 14.95 and the other (2) were free. She said the other 2 books were free although I had to pay 9.36 for shipping&handling (this I was unaware of). I told her to cancel my order as I did not want to pay that much. She apologized and said she already processed the order and billed my credit card that she could not un-do this. I hung up with her and later called back.
I asked to cancel my order once again and the gal said she only processes orders. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said she could not do this as she only took orders but gave me the customer service line although they probably could not do anything for me either. Her suggestion was to wait until I received the order and return it (I'd still have to pay shipping &handling fees which was the original problem).
I called the customer service line and I cannot get ahold of anyone waited for 20 minutes on the phone so I hung up. I tried calling again later and still had not been able to get ahold of anyone. I just want to cancel my order as I do not want to pay this much as this is not what I thought I was purchasing.
