This company really scam me. I ordered a sample from them last thru. When I ordered on their website, it took me 3 times to go through with my order. It said that my order didn't go through and to try again. I did, and the 3rd time, it worked.
The next day, i received an email saying my 3 orders were being processed. I called immediately, and the girl Mindy cancelled 2 orders for me. I thought it was fine until I received 3 other emails saying that my 3 orders were being shipped.
I called them, again, and explain that i didn't order 3 but 1, and that I had cancelled 2. They didn't believe me, they were really rude and sarcastic, and the manager said that I had to pay 90.00 (for the jar) even though I had cancel 2, and didn't want those. I offered to return the 2 but they said no, they would charge me 90.00 even if I cancel before the cancelling deadline.
I have called my visa and they are looking at it. They are complitely ripping people. Their policy is if you call them within 2 weeks, they will not bill you.
I am so appalled with this compagny.
Please don't order from them.
