I placed an order on January 13 and after not receiving it; I phoned Ziggymart.
I was told they where out of stock, but were expecting new stock momentarily. I asked if they had another brand in stock and was assured they did, so I placed an order for for that product on January 28. I now had two orders outastanding and waited for delivery. After about three weeks and receiving nothing, I phoned back. This time I was told that they were overwhelmed with a large number of orders, but, I should be patient and I would definitely get the order.
I waited sometime more; perhaps three weeks or so, but nothing came. I tried phoning again; several times, but there was never any answer; except for a message, that they were unable to answer the phone. I sent emails a number of times and they have not been answered. My visa has been billed for the two orders. I have no hope of seeing my money or the products I ordered! The only conclusion I can come to is, that this is a practice they use which is very profitable. A definite RIPOFF!
