I receive my battery on a Saturday and charged it overnight. I made one phone call and the battery went dead. I tried to reinstall the battery and boot the phone back up but nothing happened. I then tried my old battery and my phone booted right up.
I can't get in contact with them as they refuse to answer their phone. I think the DA of Orange County should look into their operations.
