Bought a cell phone battery from EMTC, but the one I received didn't come in original packaging, and it also had wear marks.
The worst part is, it will not hold a charge. I emailed Paul and told him about the terrible performance with this battery and he said to mail it back for a replacement. I have sent 5 or so emails asking if the replacement will come in the original packaging and that it be a fresh battery, but never heard back.
It's quite simple; he's rotating used batteries, when he even bothers to send anything. Total scam!
