Today i spent 2 hours explaining to Nissan that they sold me a used 2008 versa with a defective battery. Bought car for my grand daughter at Gwinnett nissan in duluth, ga. Three weeks later battery dies she had it towed to them where they tried to sell her a battery for over 120.00. I said no since we just baught the car the battery should still be fine. Talked to Victor who sold me the car told me to bring it back in they ran a test on battery said it was dead and had exceeded life span since battery was almost gone when car was bought i want a new battery installed
