I attended a presentation on Worldwide Travel and bought the travel package and were told we had 48 hours to cancel. I was given a so called FREE Hawaii Get Away from Ultimate Executive Travel.
Worldwide Travel, in Valencia, California, promised to be able to deliver travel services at substantially discounted prices that was NOT true. I tried to book several trips to see if what they promised was true and I could not book the trips. I canceled my membership. They tried to get me to keep my contract with them beyond the 48 hours and I declined.
I was in contact with the sales agent, sales manager and customer service manager and none of them could provide the services that they used in their sales presentation.
I then sent in the Hawaii Get Away form with them monies requested for a 2 night stay including 2 airline tickets. The vacation planning package was never received. I called them several times and only get an answering machine and NO return calls. I have emailed them requesting someone contact me because I have NOT received any papers and NO reply. Their website has very little information and NONE of their contact sources work. They are a SCAM and so is Worldwide Travel. I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office using the seller of travel number 2098903. They are registered in California and if anyone else would like to file a complaint please use this link:
https://webapps. Doj.ca. Gov/sotas/sellerSearch. Action.
Just enter their name in the business name field and their information will come up.
DO NOT do business with either of these two companies. I wish that I read about them here first.
