Like others, my wife and I went to a vacation seminar in Bakersfield, CA on 9/10 by World Travel. Declined the pitch and finally issued a free criuise certificate for two. Sent in $248.00 to Ultimate Executive Travel. I called Ultimate Travel on 01/22 because I did not receive anything. I was told I would get a package within a week. I did receive a package that demanded I send another $49.00 to register the cruise certificate. Obviously, its a big scam.
