On Thursday Oct 10th i paid my unlimited monthly paidment of $50.00 to the above Mobile Company as i been doing for the past 2 1/2 yrs and to get up on the 10/06 and find out that my phone is not working so i called the above phone company and tell them that, so they ask me for the phone # and pass word and i gave it to them, then the operator tell me that the phone # in not a boost mobile Number, so i said that you are joking right, then she respond no i am not, i said that i have been using this number for the past three years and i have been paiding boost mobile, i received numerous text from boost mobile so this cannot be right, she said let she check once again and after a few minute came back and said that my name was not on the account and the pass word is not the correct one, i said to hewr a few minute ago you toll me that the number that i gave to you is not a boost number and now my pass word is not working for the same number that was not in your database. I ask for the supervisor and finally after waiting for 45 mins. The supervisor came and say the it seems that some one had took over the account and will foward my complain to the squad the handle that and someone will call be back in an hour or two, but no one did in three days, i call again and keep getting the same round around, it's my six days without my phone, so i think i had to report this to comsumer affairs. I call back this morning and get the same round around. I simply told them to look back at the pass two and a half years and see that i am the one that had this number. All they said to me is that someone will get back to me
