With reference to the limo hired by myself for Mr. M. The 3rd and 5th of October we have been sorely disappointed by your vehicle and service provided.
These are the issues as mentioned by Mr. M.:
* the air-con only worked half way to Sun City the 3rd
* the limo provided looked similar to the pictures provided but was very old and tatty
* I, Sharon S., phoned Pedro on Wednesday and told him about the bad air-con and he assured me that it was fixed. Mr. M. Said that it was one small hole blowing cold air in front. The people sitting near the air-con was freezing and the people sitting at the back was boiling because it was so hot in the limo.
* the return journey was disastrous with the tyre being flat and the engine emitting smoke. Not very comforting.
* the limo then broke down and Mr. M. And his family had to wait for another vehicle.
* the limo arrived at the Cascades at 10H45 when he was supposed to be there at 10h00. I sent and an email and I spoke to Pedro with regards to the time and place!
We are certainly not happy with your limo service as what we were looking for was a hassle free, luxurious trip to a holiday destination and it turned out be anything but!
