My pump on my pressure washer went out, I called a business that I spend a lot of money with and they refered me to Tim Stewart (Ez street golf carts). I have a mobile pressure washing rig and the first time I took it to TIM STEWART to have him fix it, the first thing he asked me was would you like to sell it, I said no. He said Ill call you in a day or two when I have a chance to look at it. Four days later he called and said it needed to be rebuilt $275.00 and then before I gave him the okay he asked, would you be interested in selling it? I once again said no. $275 and two weeks later I finally got a call back that is was ready and he was sorry for how long it took to get fixed, that it was a low pressure problem...?? I went to pick it up took it home got a job two hours away from my house that paid me $300 dollars for the day to use the pressure wash rig, I got there and of corse, it once again was not working. I called Tim and he said bring it back and I'll take a look to see what happend. Three and a half weeks it sat on his lot in the same spot didnt move I called him and he said thanks for calling the part I need will be in tomorrow. Three days later I get a call its running great come pick it up, I told him I was at work and could not be there until after close and he said thats fine just give me a credit card over the phone. I said exscuse me??? He said ya its two hundred dollars. I said I already gave you $275 to fix it, he said that was then and this is now and then asked if I would sell it for $500.00 DOLLARS. I threatend him with my atturney and hung up! 30min later he left me a voice mail saying come pick it up free of charge today by 5:00 pm or I'll start charging you storage fees.
