KARCHER name on pump: Problem Honda Pressure Washer, this was taken to tool serve to fix the pressure, it would not hold pressure, Tool Serve stated it was in the end of the pressure washer stayed there around 8 to 10 months, we decided it was time to take it somewhere else, tool serve stated they were still waiting on the part that only one person made, but before we got there to pick it up they said they had fixed it, it was rigged fixed i assume, after using it one time, the problem was back, no pressure, so we returned it for another rig, no fix, this time alot of oil was leaking from the pump, someone should have seen this if it was tested, so we took it back again, this time it would'nt run, I had taken it somewhere else to get it running cleaned the carburator out which oil was in it, now it runs fine, but still does'nt hold presure, where's the new part that was suppose to fix it, or i would like my money back, not a temp fix. THANK YOU, this machine has been there three or four times for pressure still no fix.
