Called Prison Calls Solutions on 4/15 to see how the phone calls work. They took the information and provide me a phone number to have the inmate use. I had to setup an additional account with Global Tel. The inmate contacted me and said he could not add this account to his list. I called them back for cancellation. They cancelled it but would not refund me any money. I called Globel Tel and they would not refund my money because the account Prison Calls Solution issued is in someone else name and they can't provide me a statment for the account. They keep giving me the run around and I'm out of $80.00 with no service at all.
