I should have ordered through QVC—so reputable and my daughter did this.
Every call to the 973-287-5154 indicates they are having technical trouble, please call back in 2 hours. Today, 9-2, it says that they are experiencing difficulties from Irene, suggesting you call back Wednesday through Saturday. Today is Friday, long distance calls keep you waiting on hold while they give you message after message.
Any attempts to their website results, "Sorry, this page is temporarily unavailable!" You cannot check your order status.
My confirmation order is 13 numbers—odd to say the least.

I have never received the products/order.
