I placed an order on 11/27 with them because one the price was great and two it said it would deliver between 12/5 - 12/9 which was perfect because I would be in Florida visiting my boyfriend that week and the photos were for him. That day I received automatic email receipts of my order. On 11/30 I received another email notification from fedex.com stating that my order was shipped.By Monday, Dec. 5th I haven't heard anything else I called Canvasdiscount.com and got a recording to call back after 10am. I called shortly after 10 and got a busy signal, after trying for an hour I finally got through (after it rang a long time). I spoke with Amanda and explained the situation to her. She informed me that my order would be shipped out on Wednesday (12/7) I immediately tell her I was told it got sent out back on the 30th. She promptly told me when it gets sent out on Wednesday it would be overnighted to me at no cost to me. I thanked her and she told me I would be receiving a confirmation. I never got the second conformation and I emailed them on Wednesday asking someone to call or email me with a status update because the FedEx website was still not showing it getting shipped.
Today (12/8) I called and spoke to Rick and once again went through the whole spiel about my problem. He gave me a line about how he couldn't get into my account to see what was going on but that he would personally email with a status update. It is 10:30pm now and I never received an email from him. I tried calling several time this afternoon, first time the phone rang for 5 mins before it automatically hung up and then for the rest of the afternoon it was busy. I went onto the FedEx website one more time and found out my order got shipped out TODAY!
Needless to say I am very angry and they will be getting an earful from me first thing tomorrow morning. I will never, ever order from them again! According to FedEx it will be here tomorrow we'll see how it turns out and it better be great for all the trouble this company has cost. Please please do not order from them! You don't need the stress!
