In early January I ordered over $200 in products and never received anything from this company other than a confirmation that my order had been received. When I went back to the website to check the status of my order, it simply said payment received.indeed, they lost no time in charging my credit card.
I tried to contact the company by email and got no response. I then tried to call them and could never get a real person on the line. The recording said leave a message and they would call back but every time I tried to do that it said the mailbox was full and an error had occured and then cut off.
I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. Still waiting for settlement. Not cool.
