ARC Associates Group LLC I ordered back in early Nov they took the money out of my acct the day I ordered. Today is 12-23 and I STILL have not received my order that has been paid for now for 2 months

I ordered AND paid for my item back in NOV. Today is 12-23 and when I log onto my acct it says my order is pending review. I have called so many times and emailed and NEVER hear back. BUT they sure did take their money out of my acct the day i placed my order. SO what is ther to review? Send me my stuff!!! SO much for the Christmas present I ordered on NOV 11th!!!
