Company installed a metal garage door in existing wooden track.Co. Claims nothing wrong with the door. Owner's manual and door manufactory says it is a danger.Co. Wants to install a motor and remote to make it work. (to get more $ from me) Nothing wrong with the motor. (had the building inspector to check it)
Tracks, stabilizer bar, springs and cable were not installed and they took the parts from the door to be installed with them.in two words, they only isntalled the panel.
Co. Was to replace all brick moldings from doors and windows as needed. They only cut off the bottom part and wrap them in coil. Window screens no longer fit in the window.
Needless to say I cancelled any further work such as to install a roof etc... Now, they want to sue me for a breach of contract when they actually committed fraud themselves..
