Very poor experience with this company and one of their contractors, Marlon Buttram Lost our order to install windows and doors, then failed to tell us. Windows and front door were installed late, and Marlon offered to install side door at a discount as an "apology" for losing our order, but he never got the side door installed. He finally said he would schedule installation for 6/7/08, but no one showed up and we got no call from him explaining what happened. Follow up calls to him and his business have gone unanswered.
