We were ripped off of $800 - charged for a sofa they had no intention of delivering. When we complained to the IC3 and BBB, we were informed the owners (Shippeys) are filing for bankruptcy and that we would have to file a claim. Well, there are no guarantees and the fee for that claim is $119, so we have decided against the gamble. We need the money to, hopefully, soon be able to buy a sofa.
This really gets me in the gut and makes it hard to believe in justice.
