Hired Pella Windows to install windows and doors on our home. Pella brought a sub-contractor that mis-installed the door and windows, PELLA had to re-install and re order all new doors and windows, hire a new contractor, and still mis-installed the windows off center.
We were so frustrated we hired our own contractor and our now going after PEllA for the balance of the work. Pella will not stand behind the product or the 2 contractors they used. They left rotted wood in the window frames and doors, as seen in our photos. All work was documented with pictures. They offered us nothing for the mess and inadequte work provided.
