I'm an old man and was talked in to buying from G&S Garage Door Inc from the owner and only employee of the compamy. Paying this man by the hour, it took him all day to install my door. During the install, it started to rain and I could hear this man use words that I wouldn't say in front of my grand kids. When the job was done, I paid the man with a check. He stated he rather have cash. That night I opened my new garage door and it got stuck on the tracks. I tried to call this man to please fix my door and got no responce. I had to call a local garage door company to come out and fix my new door. The company that came out to my house is a big garage door company and showed me that the door tracks were not installed properly. He also told me that I could have got the same garage door and install for a lot cheeper going with Home Depot or Menards, infact the door I bought is the same garage door they sell.
