The garage door we purchased from Window Wizards was a Genie manufactured door. The door was installed with the seller knowing I had a door opener. Now that the door panel is failing and the metal is torn, both companies will not fix the panel saying that the damage is due to the opener.
The installer and Windows Wizards inspected the old door and the opener. Nothing was said at that time to indicate that the opener could cause problems. Now I have a door ready to fall off the tracks. I suggest not dealing with these companies as the warranty service is non existent and repairs will only be done if it benefits the two companies. I'll never do business with either AGAIN!!!
