After direct tv / verizion knocked my phone for the tenth time and fail to show for repair the phone was out for any where from 1-2 weeks, I decided to bundle with comcast I had been with direct tv for 13 yrs. From my checking account via debit card without my knowledge or concent which left the account overdrawn by 425. Had they asked I could have made payment arrangments it left me with 15. For 2 wks I feel that using my card without approval is theft.
