My brother in law used my debit card to set up his direct tv account with an understanding with direct tv my debit card was only this one time use. He ended up not paying his bill it went to collections and all of a sudden direct tv took a payment of 86.35 out on 3/25 creating an overdraft fee of 66.35, then again on 4/01 direct tv took out another fee of 40.00 with an additional 5.00 fee. I called direct tv and they told me it was for his account and they use the card on file for collection, even if it had not been authorised. I was told to go online and file a dispute claim however after 63 pages of search this is the closest I have came to be able to file a complaint to get my money back. Is there any information you can provide me with to resolve this issue?
