Went to Flex Seal website on 8/14 www.getflexseal.com I was curious what the extra charges were for the "free" can and I started an order. Half way through I had no idea how much money I was spending so I never completed the order and closed the website.
Late on 8/15, I was checking my spam folder and found an invoice for the order I never completed. It was for 99.74. It was past 5:00 PM so I waited until 8/16 to call them and cancel the order. They informed me the order was in process and could not be canceled. I told them I wanted a full refund. They kicked it upstairs. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I requested mailing labels. I explained I never completed the order because I could not figure out what the "processing and handling" charges where. I was told they were clearly posted on the site. This is not true at all.
I have never ordered anything from a website before where there wasn't a chance to review the order, modify the order, or simply never complete the order.
