I ordered a Flex Seal, buy one get one free at 19.99 & 9.99 P&H only I was charged $19.90 for processing & handling.in addition, my husband, who never even ordered, was sent a package with the same product & an additional can and was charged $79.78 to my same charge card. Neither of us authorized the second order. I called several times & was never able to reach anyone, even after being on hold for as much as 20 minutes at a time. I also tried e-mailing Flex Seal to complain & then get an RMA# to return the unauthorized order; however, the e-mail would not go through.
