I ordered their Flex Seal product for $19.99. The website asked if I wanted to expedite the order. I assumed I would be asked about shipping costs/options.instead, when I said "yes" to "do you want to expedite the order", I received a confirmation of my order (of $19.99) with a shipping and processing charge of another $27.85. I have contacted the credit card company but the order has not posted yet. I tried to cal Flex Seal but their customer service department (if they even have one) was closed. I will contact them and will fight this but this is a scam as the website is set up today. Totally decpetive practices.
