I purchased an extended warranty from this company on my ford fusion in 2005. I sent in all the documentation and was always told that its in the processing stage. 3 months later I contacted the dealership about it and wanted to know if they could find anything about this. The owner of the Ford dealership told me that to be loyal to our customers that they would give me the money toward the purchase of a new vehicle over the next 2 or 3 years. I went to buy a new vehicle last night and guess what? They wanted to give me a 1,000 dollars over my trade in and 1,000 dollars toward the purchase of a 2500 dollar extended warranty. I said I don't have a trade in and I don't want to buy another extended warranty. They told me they couldn't do anything else for me. I'm not sure what to do. Another scam this dealership was offering was tires for life.
