I ordered online through the flexseal.com website. Should have looked up Flex seal complaints before ordering. I placed an order for 2 cans of flex seal, then was asked if I wanted to upgrade to the Jumbo size for an additional $4. It is true, the website does not allow you to view the order prior to submission. As soon as I hit the button to upgrade to Jumbo, it asked if I wanted priority shipping, which thankfully I responded "no thanks". The next screen I viewed was the order confirmation page, and the order had already submitted. The charges were more then agreeded upon and for 4 cans. If you take $19.99 and add $4, it should be $23.99, well on the order form it shows up as $29.97. Even if they added an extra $4 per can, the math is still wrong, and yes, I was charged $9.95 per can for S&H. Ridiculous! My total came to $103.34. I called immediately to cancel the order, and like others before me, I was told they can place a hold/cancel on the order, but there is no guarantee it will process and I should call back in 24-48 hours to check that the order was cancelled or not. Highly unprofessional and the ordering is a scam. Can't tell you if the product is or not as I have not received it yet. I hope for this price it works and works very well. Disappointed.
