On August 22 I ordered one can of Flex Seal using my credit card. On August 24 I found that they had charged my Visa account $99.74. When I called the customer service I was give a run-around saying that they had no knowledge of my order. I called my bank, Wells Fargo, and they made a call to Flex Seal who said that "if I sent the Flex Seal back in an unopened package they would return my money in 90 days." I received the refund after 90 days. On November 3 I checked my online banking and found that they had charged my Visa card $99.74 for nothing. I did not order from them and would not, ever, do business with Flex Seal again. I called the customer service and got the same run-around again. The representative said he was unaware of the charge.
This is a scam. I checked on Google in August and saw that Flex Seal had done the same thing to over 600 people. $99.74 X 600 is over $60,000.00 that they are using of their victims money for 90 days. I would join with others in charges against them.
