On September 1, I ordered two cans of Flex Seal for $19.99. The shipping and handling was a whopping $19.90! I knew that when ordering. The state sales tax should have been $2.39. Flex Seal even collects sales tax on shipping and handling fees. When the order arrived, Flex Seal had tripled the order, shipping six (6) cans and charged $9.95 per can shipping and handling charges bringing the total charge to $160.08!
