I ordered a free disc from the website, but received a 3 or 4 disc set and then the charges showed up on my credit card. I had given the cc number to charge the shipping for the free disc.
When I called to complain they gave me an authorization number and an address to return the discs. Was told refund would be made within the week. Never received refund and all calls and requests have gone unanswered. I really feel cheated.
