Deceptive business practices - ordered 6.95 video on how to learn ebay and video professor charhed checking account 189.95

Video Professor Alert
Here is what happened; I ordered one video from the the Video Professor and was assured that my checking account would be charged only 6.95 for the one and only video disc, as a one-time-charge.
Instead, what happened is the nightmare. The first disc comes and arrives with three other Video Dics. At this point I called Video Professor and they insisted that my charge would only be 6.95. HA HA!
One week later my checking account was charged 189.95 from Video Professor. I called them and they acted like the charge was normal and I disagreed completely and told them they taken money - UNAUTHORIZED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I have shipped back all their Videos (as agreed) at my cost and have a shipping confirmation to confirm that they have received the Videos back.
It has now been over 7 WEEKS and they still have not refunded my money back.
I am taking the matter up with the Attorney General from my State and the FTC.
