As with all other complaints, I agreed to a service contract with Signet Financial Group when I purchased my RV trailer. I received my refund request form letter back marked, "Box Closed".
After contacting General RV, Allen at Dealer's Financial, the Michigan and California Attorney Generals, the BBB, the California Department of Insurance, Western Insurance, who told me they are honoring the purchases after 2009? I feel like I am getting the run-around. Any ideas?
