After viewing the commercial for the free video on t.V. I deicied to order the free cd online. I payed the 6.95 shipping with my debt card after I received the video It was for windows 98, I called video professor and told them that I didn't want that verison I was to send the cds back. I was given a return code to ship the cds back, then video professor sent the windows vista verison after receiving that set of cds I called video professor to inform them that I didn't want the cds that I wanted to return them. I spoke with one of the agents she gave me a code to ship them back, Iwas told by this agent to send only one disc back and keep the others as free and that my card would not be charged "wrong" my card was charged $398.99 when I called video professor to find out what was going on their excuse was that the return cds must have gotten lost in the mail so they charged my card. Thats BS because it was returned the same as the other package same address they even acknowledge receiving the first package. My return address was on the package and it sure has not been returned to me. Now I being told that they have to review my order and they will get back to me. Their no laspe of time on my part the only thing is that I am out $398.99 for what.
