2001 I ordered the "free" Video Professor disc for windows 2000 and eventually received one disc. However, I was billed $69.95 plus $6.95 S&H every month for four months.
I tried to call and only received a run-a-round.
It is obvious that the free disc offer is only for the purpose of getting a persons credit card number.
NOW, Video Professor has this weird woman offering free discs which are nothing more than disgarded company self help discs that those companies no longer use. Then, to add insult to injury, your told that you receive 6 discs and only have to return one disc to keep from getting billed $150.00 plus S&H.
Naturally, Video Professor somehow never receives the one disc the people send back, so they are billed $150.00 plus S&H. Each month.
Where are the state attorney generals who have the responsibility to protect consumers?
