I ordered what was advertised on t.V. "as free" How to Buy and Sell on Ebay. I received the 3 disc's and was advised with the order I should return one to have free order or if I wanted the 3 disc's I would be billed $79.95 from my credit card. There was also other disc's sent with more or less the same message.
This is very confusing to me. I was lead to believe that the order was free acording to the tv commercial. I attempted to contact Video Professor by phone. On the phone was a voicemail stating there was a backlog of calls and contact the email address that i'm still trying to reach.
I feel trhis was totaling false advertising and very misleadig. I went through this before and was charged through my credit card. I'm in a slight panic that this will happen again.
I will appreciate any help that can be given.
