On Dec 24th, we had to have a service call on my two month old Kenmore washer. This is my second brand new machine since May. We have had 2 service technicians at our home. The first tech odered the wrong parts to fix my machine. Tech #0606764 has been too our home before. He had the right part in his truck to fix my machine. Thank goodness!!! He is really a nice guy and knows his job very well and got the job done right. Machine is running great...
