I purchased a washing machine on March 2 on monday the 8th I received a message to call for delivery coordination, and When I called I was told that my oder has been cancel on March the 2nd to call the store that I purchase the Item, I called and no answer, finally I went to the store a spoke to the assistant manager, and he told me that they do not deal with delivery and that he had two reserved Items but did not know if one of them was mine, and thatthe stores in Pr do not operate the same as in the estates, so I call the company again and was told that shipping had the order as cancel, but they did not, It was a mistake and was asked when I wanted it to be delivered, any day but tuesday 8 and we arrange for the delivery date to be on the 9th of march I stood home all day and on one called, I called again and they told It was in transit, and when they called the stock are, they said they could not deliver because they did not have the merchandise, they spoke to the store manager and was told that he was going to verify that and call me within an hour, two house later I called the store and was told by the assistant manager that they did not coordinate the delivery, and he only had to on reserve, but do not know if one is mine and were it is. He said I was to be called when they found out. I lost a day of work. No one knows were the Item is, and I need a washing machine. Please look in at this as soon as possible. 787 960-2404
