Aug 19 went into Quance St Regina store and bought a washing machine. Was told old one would be picked up. I asked if I needed new hoses and was told no. Aug 24 contracted delivery people said they can't unhook I have to. I have injured hand so I can't. They also tell me I have to have new hoses. Phone Sears Store and Connie talks to them. She tells me she has to set up new delivery date. I say no, you can refund me my $.

I call her back once delivery people are gone to make sure she has right info to credit me back. Oh, and my sales guy is away until Friday. She tells me she can't as the machine has to come back to store and then data goes to Toronto for keying. I tell her that is theft. They have my money which they took right away and I have nothing for it and I will go to BBB. She says go ahead. Ok!

Then, I find out she is the switchboard operator and no manager is on site. She gives me the customer service number in TO. I call them and after going thru it twice cuz I got disconnected the first time Beth is helpful. Then she informs me that after 72 hours there is a 10% restocking fee. I get a little excited and say no, in fact you should be giving me some type of compensation. She tells me that is the policy but they will see what they can do. BBB complaint get ready.
